What We Learned from Rocking the Boat when Dating Online

A little experiment was conducted with people who were dating online. We restricted their first message options, and guess what? People got better results than if they had played it safe. We are not talking about making them feel uncomfortable, we just wanted them to see that boring questions were not necessarily the best route to take. So how can you apply this to when you are dating online? Set the rules of discussion upfront and get your potential partner to agree to asking questions and talk about the things you are truly interested in. You can agree to ask five difficult questions first, and not waste time talking about your favorite sport. When you are forced out of your comfort zone when dating online, you may just ultimately gain more. Think of questions like where was that great photograph of you taken or if you could go anywhere in the world for a romantic vacation, where would you go?
