My Mom Saw My Savings Account Online

I was checking my savings account online because I needed to know how much money I had left. After checking my balance online, I decided to get a snack at the kitchen. I needed a good munching before I come up with solutions on how I can have more money in my bank account. While preparing my snack, I heard a clicking of the mouse. There was only one computer in the house so somebody must’ve been using the computer. I went to the living room and saw my mom looking at my savings account. I ran to the computer and closed the window right away.

I asked my mom why she was looking through my savings account. She apologized and said she didn’t mean to do it. She didn’t even realize it was actually an internet banking site she was looking at. I asked it it’s called internet banking. She had no idea what internet banking was and asked me to explain it. I told her that it’s doing bank transactions except it’s done over the internet.

She was amazed and asked me if I could teach her. Before doing that, I wanted to make sure she didn’t see any of my login details. I asked her what else she saw at the site. She said she only saw the amount on my savings account, that’s all. I felt relieved and proceeded to teaching her how to do internet banking. It’s a good think we both have bank accounts from the same bank so I don’t have to have a hard time teaching her. I demonstrated to her how to do it and after a few hours, she finally learned how to do internet banking by herself. She thanked me for teaching her and apologized again for accidentally looking at my savings account.
